About Us
Celebrating Our Nations Birthday and Helping Our Veterans
Our fundraising event, Blast Off, an annual fireworks show benefits local veterans in need and our partner – the Des Moines Homeless Veterans Stand Down (HVS). HVS is a local charity that helps veterans who have fallen on rough times get back on their feet. Every year HVS holds an event in downtown Des Moines where veterans can obtain just about any assistance needed – from food and clothing to medical and legal assistance.
With this free to the public event, we hope to even more to help out the men and women who have given so much to our country at the Stand Down event in September.
Blast Off
Bring your friends and family to celebrate the Fourth with the NOLA Jazz Band, a free BBQ dinner and a fireworks display to remember.
